What are the conference dates?

October 08-10, 2017. Horizon registration and check-in begins on Sunday, October 08. The conference kicks off with an evening welcome reception on the same day. Knowledge sharing sessions begin on Monday, October 09. The farewell lunch will take place on Tuesday afternoon, October 10.

Travel

Which is the closest airport?

All major airlines have service to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport with many direct flights arriving daily. The Roosevelt New Orleans is just a short 20-minute drive from the airport, with car, cab and shuttle service readily available. Please contact us for all necessary arrangements.

What if I don't check in on my scheduled arrival date?

If you arrive late due to any reason, mail us at horizon@zycus.com, and we will ensure that a reservation remains open for you. However, to receive a full refund, you must cancel by no later than 12:00 am (EDT) on September 08, 2017.

If I am renting a car, what are the hotel parking fees?

How much does registration for Horizon 2017 cost?

Registration costs depend on how early you register for Horizon 2017. The earlier, the better!

Are meals included in the registration fee?

Yes. Your conference pass entitles you to all meals for the duration of the conference
(October 08 evening to October 10 afternoon)

What is the payment policy?

We accept all major credit cards. If, for some reason, you wish to pay by check or wire transfer, mail us at horizon@zycus.com and our representative will contact you with the details.

Are group discounts available?

Indeed! We offer attractive group discounts. E.g.: For every three registrations you make, one will be free. Write to us at horizon@zycus.com for a suitable package based on your group size.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?

Yes. To substitute attendees, please contact the Horizon Team at horizon@zycus.com.

What is the cancellation policy? How do I cancel my registration?
  • Full refund: Cancellation must be received by 12:00 am (EST) on August 8
  • 50% refund: Cancellations received after 12:00 am (EST) on August 8
  • No refunds will be given after 12:00 am (EST) on September 8
  • To cancel your registration mail us at horizon@zycus.com.
Can I bring a guest/spouse?

Yes, guests are welcome, but not allowed to attend the knowledge sharing sessions of Horizon 2017. The fee for the guest/spouse registration is $499 USD (this includes all meals during the conference and an entertainment pass for the evening of October 09). In case you wish to book a separate room for your guest, the fee would be $699 USD. In order to register any guest/spouse, mail us at horizon@zycus.com.
