1. Introduction
Welcome to Zycus Horizon. By registering for, participating in, or attending this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the Horizon event (the "Event") organized by Zycus Infotech Private Limited (including its affiliates) ("Zycus," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for or attend the Event.

2. Binding Agreement
2.1. By registering for, participating in, or attending the Event, the participant agrees that these registration terms and conditions shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant and the event organizer. The participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding and enforceable, and they accept and agree to abide by all the provisions set forth herein.

2.2. Additional terms may apply as specified by Zycus or the Event venue. Please review all relevant terms and conditions carefully before registering.

3. Registration and Attendance
3.1. Eligibility: Registration is open to all interested parties who are at least 18 years old, including existing customers, potential prospects, and partners.

3.2. Registration Process: All participants must complete the registration form available on the event website. Registration is subject to Zycus' approval and may be revoked at our sole discretion.

3.3. Attendance Fee: Any applicable attendance fees will be detailed on the Event website. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Non-payment may result in cancellation of registration.

3.4. Access to Event: Zycus reserves the exclusive right to determine and grant access to the Event at its discretion.

4. Cancellation
4.1. Event Changes and Cancellation: Zycus reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event due to technical issues, security concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events. In such cases, Zycus will notify participants promptly and may, at its discretion, offer refunds or alternative arrangements. Zycus is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from such changes or cancellations.

4.2. Participant Cancellation:
  • Full Refund: Cancellation must be received by 12:00 am (PST) on August 21, 2026
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations received after 12:00 am (PST) on August 21, 2026
  • No Refund: No refunds will be given after 12:00 am (PST) on September 04, 2026
To cancel your registration, please send a written request to HorizonUS2026@zycus.com.

4.3. Non-Transferable Registrations: Registrations for the Event are non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned.

No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations by participants under any circumstances other than those specified above.

5. Use of Your Information
5.1. General Data Protection: Zycus is committed to protecting your personal information. Details on how we collect, process, and use your data are included in the Zycus Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By providing your email address during registration, you consent to receive event-related information from Zycus and its event sponsors.

5.2. Data Sharing: We may share your contact information with event sponsors if you attend sessions or activities involving sponsors or if you opt-in to receive communications from them. Your data may also be shared with service providers related to the Event (e.g., event platforms) for registration fulfilment. 5.4. Data Protection Compliance: Your personal data will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation. Information may be transferred outside United Sates, and by registering, you consent to such transfers. If you do not wish to receive communications unrelated to the Event, please email marketing@zycus.com.

6. General Conduct and Use of Event Materials
6.1. Conduct: Participants are expected to treat all participants with respect and avoid discriminatory or offensive behaviour. Harassment, including verbal, physical, or visual, is strictly prohibited. Participants found engaging in harassment or inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the Event without refund and may face further action, including reporting to authorities.

6.2. Responsible Media Recording: Participants may take photos and videos in a respectful manner without disturbing the Event, annoying or infringing on the rights of others. Commercial use of any recordings is prohibited without prior written consent from Zycus.

6.3. Report Issues: Report any unacceptable behaviour to event staff immediately.

6.4. Consequences: Violations may result in expulsion from the Event without refund, and Zycus reserves the right to take necessary action as it deems fit.

6.5. License to Use Materials: By attending the Event, you consent to Zycus recording your voice and image. You grant Zycus a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and distribute these recordings for promotional purposes and other lawful business activities.

7. Health and Safety
7.1. Compliance: Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by Zycus, the Event venue and local authorities.

7.2. COVID-19 Protocols: Participants must adhere to all COVID-19 protocols in place, if any, at the time of the Event, which may include vaccination requirements or proofs of vaccination or testing, mask mandates, and social distancing measures.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, related to the Event, its content, materials, presentations, and any associated documentation or materials provided by Zycus or its partners, are owned exclusively by Zycus or its licensors. Participants are not granted any rights or licenses under any intellectual property rights, except as explicitly provided in these Terms or as necessary to participate in the Event.

8.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any materials or content provided at the Event without the prior written consent of Zycus. Unauthorized use of such intellectual property may result in legal action. By attending the Event, participants agree to respect and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Zycus and its partners.

9. Right to Refuse Admission
Zycus reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant from the Event at its sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where a participant's behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of the Event's general conduct or any applicable laws and regulations. In such cases, Zycus will not be liable for any costs incurred by the participant, and no refund will be provided. By registering for the Event, participants acknowledge and accept that Zycus has the authority to take such actions to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.

10. Security and Safety of Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for the security and safety of their personal belongings at all times during the Event. Zycus and the Event venue will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the Event. Participants are advised to take appropriate precautions, including not leaving belongings unattended and securing valuables. While reasonable security measures may be in place at the Event venue, Zycus does not guarantee the prevention of all security incidents and is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

11. Disclaimer
11.1 Zycus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, related to the Event, including but not limited to its quality, accuracy, or availability.

11.2 Zycus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event or any portion thereof, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, and activities, without prior notice. The views and opinions expressed by speakers or participants are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Zycus. Participants are responsible for their own conduct and must adhere to the event's code of conduct. Zycus is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the event. By attending the event, participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by Zycus.

12. Third-Party Services
Zycus may engage third-party service providers to facilitate certain aspects of the event, such as registration, catering, audiovisual services, and more. These third parties are independent entities and are not under the control of Zycus. While Zycus endeavours to work with reputable providers, it does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, services, or policies of these third-party providers. By participating in the event, attendees acknowledge and agree that Zycus is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of third-party services.

13. Travel
Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements. While Zycus does not guarantee any travel support, it may, at its sole discretion, offer limited ground transportation or travel partner vouchers for select routes or locations. Availability is not assured and is subject to change without notice. Any such support, if offered, will require prior written request to HorizonUS2026@zycus.com and may be subject to additional terms.

14. Indemnity
14.1. Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zycus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any breach of the terms and conditions, violation of any law or regulation, infringement of any third-party rights, and any claims brought by third parties due to the participant's actions or omissions. This indemnification obligation shall survive the conclusion of the event and the termination of the participant's involvement.

14.2. Limitation of Liability: Zycus' liability is strictly limited to the registration fees paid by the participant making the claim. Under no circumstances shall Zycus be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if Zycus has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

14.3. Force Majeure: Zycus shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or failure in performing its obligations under this agreement if such delay, cancellation or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labour disputes, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Zycus will make reasonable efforts to notify participants. However, Zycus shall not be obligated to refund any registration fees or reimburse any costs incurred by participants as a result of such events.

15. Event Sponsorships
15.1. Event sponsors may promote their products or services during the Event. Zycus does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of sponsor offerings

15.2. Participants interacting with sponsors do so at their own discretion, and Zycus bears no responsibility for any disputes arising from such interactions

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.

16.2. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration will be conducted in English, with a single arbitrator, and the seat of arbitration shall be in New Jersey.

17. Modifications to Terms
Zycus may modify these Terms by posting a revised version on its website. The modified Terms will become effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including any exhibits, schedules, and referenced documents, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral. Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this Agreement, it has not relied on any statement, representation, warranty, or agreement except as expressly set forth herein. Any terms and conditions set forth in any purchase order or other document provided by the participant that are inconsistent with, or in addition to, the terms of this Agreement are hereby rejected and shall be void and of no effect.

19. Language and Governing Version Clause
These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between the different versions, the English version shall prevail and govern. The English version shall be the authoritative and binding version of these Terms.

20. Acknowledgement
By registering for and attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the Event constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
